Place a just cooked and shelled hard boiled egg into the mold bottom, put the top over the egg, slowly press down and secure. Put egg and mold into cold water. After 10 minutes, remove and slowly open the mold, revealing an egg in a heart or a star shape. For additional interest with the egg still in the bottom half, take a knife and slice the egg in two.
